Boeing has announced a $1 billion investment to establish a new 737 MAX final assembly line at its Everett, Washington, facility, significantly expanding production capacity as the manufacturer works to meet strong global demand and reduce its order backlog.

Virgin Australia is preparing for the next chapter of its fleet modernization strategy, with the airline expecting to receive its first Boeing 737-10 in late 2027.
