Hawker 800XP (XA-JMR) Crashes Near Lansing, Michigan
A tragic accident occurred near Bath Township, Michigan, involving a Hawker 800XP business jet registered XA-JMR. The aircraft, registered in Mexico, was destroyed when it impacted terrain on its way from Battle Creek. All three occupants on board lost their lives.
According to our data, the aircraft reached a cruising altitude of approximately 14,650 feet before entering a sudden and rapid descent, losing altitude at a rate exceeding -5,800 feet per minute.
The jet had departed from Battle Creek, Michigan, shortly before the crash and was reportedly en route to Mexico.
