Emergency Response & Injuries
Emergency teams were quickly dispatched to the scene, and all passengers and crew members were accounted for. According to Peel Paramedic Services, at least eight people were injured, but the severity of their injuries has not been disclosed. The aircraft had close to 80 people on board at the time of the crash.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of the crash-landing, and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is leading an investigation into the incident.
