Condor is preparing to bid farewell to one of its most iconic aircraft types. The German airline has announced that it will retire its remaining Boeing 757s by the end of 2025, marking the conclusion of nearly three decades of operations with the type. The final scheduled commercial flight of the Boeing 757-300 is set for November 2, 2025, operating between Frankfurt and Hurghada.
Track them all
To commemorate this milestone, Condor will host a farewell flight from Frankfurt to Vienna on November 5, 2025. Seventy-five tickets for this special service will be auctioned starting September 22, 2025. The return leg to Frankfurt will feature a commemorative onboard event for aviation enthusiasts and loyal passengers.
Until the end of October, Condor will continue operating six Boeing 757s, primarily connecting Frankfurt and Düsseldorf with popular leisure destinations. The last regularly scheduled 757-300 flight is planned for October 29, 2025, on the Düsseldorf–Palma–Düsseldorf route.
Nearly 30 Years in Service
Condor introduced the Boeing 757-300 to its fleet in 1996, serving as the launch customer for this variant. Over the years, the airline operated 18 Boeing 757-200s and nine 757-300s, making the type a familiar sight on European and leisure routes. By September 2025, the average age of Condor’s seven operational 757-300s will be 25.8 years, highlighting the aircraft’s long and reliable service history.
