Boeing 737 MAX returns to flight in Europe after almost two years

Europe is the newest continent to have the Boeing 737 MAX flying again after the crash in 2019 with Ethiopian Airlines.

The European Civil Aviation Authority, EASA, after many revisions and modifications to the Boeing 737 MAX, approved its return to fly within the European continent again.

Yesterday, February 17, 2021, TUI Fly Belgium, performed a flight with the model of the aircraft between Brussels (Belgium) and Malaga (Spain). After that flight, another TUI Fly Belgium flight took off to Alicante, also in Spain.

The airline also points out that several tests were carried out with the plane before returning to operation, tests without passengers.
